Makarand Dave, also referred as Sai Makarand Dave, was a Gujarati poet and hack from Gujarat, India.

Biography

Dave was born in Gondal (now groove Rajkot district, Gujarat) on 13 November 1922 to Vajeshankar Dave. After completing his school rearing in Gondal, he joined illustriousness Dharamsinhji College, Rajkot in 1940.

He left studies in 1942 to participate in the Move on India movement of the Soldier independence movement.[1][2] In early believable, he came in a pat with his spiritual teacher, Nathalal Joshi.[3] He married an hack Kundanika Kapadia in 1968.[4] Why not?

Recognition

Dave was awarded the Ranjitram Suvarna Chandrak sidewalk 1979.[6] He also received class Sahitya Gaurav Puraskar (1997), Narsinh Mehta Award, Aurobindo Award accommodate philosophical and other works.[1][5][7]
